A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Jeonju District Court's Seoul District Court's branch court. On July 14, 2012, the judgment became final and conclusive.
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Defendant of the Road Traffic Act are those engaged in driving of Cenz automobiles;
The Defendant, at around 02:50 on April 18, 2012, driving the said car and proceeding along two lanes in the direction of new abuse in the direction of the airport along the intersection with a signal apparatus located in the direction of the airport. 2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) shall be located in both villages in the Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City on the roads of oriental medical hospitals located in the Song-dong, Gwangju Mine-gu without obtaining a temporary driving license for driving motor vehicles as referred to in paragraph (1).
