The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

On January 6, 2014, at around 01:35, the Defendant was driving the said Aburged vehicle from the front side of the Southern-gu, Gwangju-gu to the front side of the Grand hotel located in the Yellow-dong, Gwangju-gu, with approximately 10 kilometers of alcohol content 0.143% under the influence of alcohol.
