Punishment of the crime
On November 29, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on August 21, 2013 by the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 21, 2013.

1. On October 31, 2013, the Defendants conspired and put up a notice on the Internet site’s “Niber” letter on the Internet site’s “Niber” bulletin board, and then received KRW 350,00 from the victim GC, who reported and contacted the above writing, a false statement to the effect that “on the first deposit of money, to send the first deposit of money, to the Defendant as a door-to-door delivery,” and received KRW 350,000 as the price for goods from the victim’s account in the name of GD used by the Defendants on the same day.

2. A total of 15 times, such as the statements, deceiving victims into total of 5,980,000 won.
3. The defendant B and the above defendant A did not have the intention or ability to send the goods even if they received the goods from other persons.
