Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Incheon District Court on August 29, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 21, 2013.

1. Defendant A and B’s conspiracy with the intent of raising false goods sales letters on the Internet site’s “Nurina” bulletin, and committing them to the persons who reported and contacted them as if they sold the goods. Defendant A determined the content of the notice and the conversation with the purchaser, and instructed Defendant B to do so. Defendant B was willing to put up a sign or talk with the purchaser and smartphone Kaoooooox or wire on the part of the purchaser.

On February 27, 2014, the Defendants sold content Wii Game machine on the said bulletin board. After posting a letter, the Defendants reported and contacted the message, the Defendants stated that “I wish to send content 2.50,000 won if you send it to the victim G.”

However, the Defendants did not have the intent or ability to send the said game machine even if they were not in possession of the said game machine and were remitted from the victim.

In addition, from February 3, 2013 to March 3, 2014, Defendants conspired to post a false product sales statement on the bulletin board at least 28 occasions, such as the list of crimes (1) from around February 3, 2013 to March 3, 2014, and acquired 8,047,000 won by deceiving the victims who reported and contacted.
