Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2013, Defendant B offered to Defendant A the use of his mobile phone, and the Defendants conspiredd to receive money in the name of the price of the goods by deceiving the victims who reported the advertisement posted on the Internet website “Nanda” Kaba, thereby sending the goods to the victims who contacted with the said Internet site.

On March 8, 2013, the Defendants posted a letter, “pop-up, pop-up, pop-up,” by accessing the Internet site’s Internet site’s NAC,” and called, “Pop-up, pop-up,” and called, “Pop-up, pop-up, pop-up, pop-up,” to the victim L who reported and contacted.”

However, there was no intention or ability to send money to the Defendants even if they receive money from the victims because the Defendants did not have the abovenet.
