Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although the Defendant was not allowed to handle psychotropic drugs containing 5F-PB-22 ingredients, the Defendant treated synthetic marijuana containing 5F-22 ingredients (hereinafter “synthetic marijuana”) as follows. A.m., the Defendant treated psychotropic drugs as follows.

On January 27, 2014, the Defendant purchased the Japanese money of KRW 3,000 (Korean worth of KRW 30,000) from the Japanese passenger in his name to the Japanese passenger in order to purchase synthetic marijuana as the purchase price, and the Defendant received 9 synthetic marijuana paper from him.

B. The Defendant of synthetic marijuana: (a) around January 27, 2014, at the C hotel in the ASEAN-si of Japan, the Defendant was above the C hotel.

As in the same paragraph, synthetic marijuana purchased shall be put in tobacco, and smoke generated by attaching fire shall be drank together with D.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, smoked synthetic marijuana.

C. On January 28, 2014, the Defendant, who imported synthetic marijuana, at another airport located in the ASEAN of Japan around 19:30 on January 28, 201, the Defendant was above.

As purchased, approximately 2.94 g of synthetic hemp, as indicated in paragraph (1), was loaded in vinyl bags, and was boarded in Jeju H4D9 Z, and entered into the Incheon International Airport at around 21:40 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant imported synthetic marijuana closely.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. Notwithstanding that the Defendant was not a handler of narcotics, around May 16, 2013, received approximately 0.5g of marijuana from F in the E hotel located in Thailand, and received it without compensation, at the E hotel located in Thailand.

B. A person who smokes marijuana is prohibited from smoking marijuana, but on May 16, 2013, at E hotel in Thailand around May 16, 2013, and above A.

As in the same paragraph, 0.5g of marijuana delivered as tobacco, and then smokeed by mashing a smoke generated with a fire after making it like tobacco.
