Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for the offer of a bribe at the Busan District Court on November 30, 201, and was released on November 30, 2012, and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired on May 24, 2013.

1. Defendant A, along with F, G, H, and name uncertainty, forged a birth certificate as if he was a H’s child, and drafted and submitted a false report of birth by using the forged birth certificate, and conspired to leave the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport via the Republic of Korea with a passport issued by the Republic of Korea stating false facts of the Republic of Korea’s nationality. From May 2013, the false name or omission of the forgery of private documents made use of the personal information of H’s family relation certificate which was transferred from F to F at the Buddhist area, and entered “H”, “I” in the birth column, “self-employed business” in the occupational column, “J” in the occupational column, “K” in the occupational column, and “J” in the address column of the mother, “J” in the birth space column, “N14.25 minutes in the birth space column,” “N14.25 minutes in the birth date and time column,” “N3km,” “36 weeks in the birth period column,” “201-21” in the birth space column, “13-21” in the name of each of the above medical institutions, “the name of the doctor,” “the name of the doctor,” and “the name of the doctor,” and “the name of each of the above medical institutions” in the name of each of the above hospitals and the name of each of the above hospitals.

As a result, Defendant A forged the birth certificate in the name of P Women Hospital, which is a private document, in collusion with F, G, H, and name in collusion.
