A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

One copy of a seized driver's license shall be returned to C by the injured party.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On October 22, 2010, the Defendant was issued a fine of KRW 2,000,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court, and a fine of KRW 3,000,000 as a result of the same crime at the Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court on April 8, 2013, respectively.

On April 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and one year of suspended execution at Seoul Southern District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 2013, the Defendant acquired one copy of the driver’s license, which is owned by the victim C, at the “E restaurant located in the member-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si.”

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

2. On December 24, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving license, the Defendant driven a festd vehicle over a section of about 500 meters in the direction of alcohol leveling 0.183% under the influence of alcohol leveling at 0.183% in the state of under the influence of alcohol leveling from the Masan-si D to the front day of the Busan High School located in the same 995-3 area.

3. Illegal uttering of official document presents the amount of driver's license for C as stated in paragraph 1, as the Defendant was discovered to drive alcohol at the border belonging to the transportation control department of the Ansan-gu Police Station prior to the Busan High School on a temporary basis, as set forth in paragraph 2, as he was asked to present an identification card.

As a result, the Defendant denied the driver's license to C, an official document.

4. The purpose of the Defendant is to forge private documents, and display private documents, as set forth in paragraph (2), to exercise his/her right to ask G to sign the report on the state of his/her driver, and to sign the report at the office of the transportation management department of the Ansan-gu Police Station in Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
