A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2015, around 21:34, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered a female victim, who was found in light of the 7 subway line H station in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, in a large room of subway line H station 7 in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) found a female victim, who was once colored, then the Defendant taken the part of the balthal bridge of the female, which could cause the victim’s sexual health by using a A8 mobile phone during the galth of Samsung Samsung Samsung, which was owned by the Defendant, using the A8 mobile phone.
Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using devices similar to the camera, against his will.
3. On August 5, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime on August 5, 2016, at around 08:38, the Defendant was a female victim who was not registered in the exit of subway No. 7 J Line 3 located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu Seoul, with the name of Cheongmama.
