Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 14, 2014, at around 08:15, the Defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame using equipment with the camera function by photographing the parts of the female victim’s bucker’s bucks located in the Defendant’s cell phone on six occasions within the 1st subway line, in which the Defendant was operating a bitbs.

2. On April 17, 2014, at around 08:45, the Defendant took photographs of the body of the victims who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame using equipment with the camera function by taking five times the part of the female victim’s bucks located in the Defendant’s cell phone name in the 1st subway line where the Defendant was operating a bitbs.

3. On April 17, 2014, the Defendant taken the body of the victims who might cause sexual humiliations or shames by taking photographs of the part of the female victims under the name bucks located in the Defendant’s cell phone via the equipment with the camera function three times, within the subway line No. 1, where the Defendant was operating a buck site around 18:00, the Defendant taken the part of the victim’s body against his will.

4. On April 20, 2014, at around 12:57, the Defendant taken up the body of the victims who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame using devices with the camera function by photographing the parts of the female victims under the name bucks, which were contained in the Defendant’s cell phone, on eight occasions within the 1st subway line, in which the Defendant was operating a sprink.

5. On April 21, 2014, at around 08:39, the Defendant may cause sexual humiliation or shame by photographing the part of the female victim’s bucks located in the Defendant’s cell phone name in the 1st subway line, which was operated by the Defendant, on the part of the Defendant’s cell phone.
