Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken a brupt image of a female in distressed three times during the following three-time period, using devices with functions similar to the Kamera in front of Apr. 15, 2014, in which the Defendant was found a non-victimd female who was aboard or getting an escalator, and followed the detection of the victim’s bridge, bridge, etc.; and (b) taken a brupt image of a female in distressed three times from Apr. 15, 2014 to around that time; and (c) taken a brupt image of the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using devices with functions similar to the Kamera.

2. On May 10, 2014, at around 20:10, the Defendant sought to take the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by using a mechanical device similar to a camera, such as a mechanical device having similar function as the body of the victim, while the Defendant tried to take the body of another person who is likely to cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by detecting the 3-ro 3-ro of subway lines in Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, for a subway line, and by discovering a female who was on board an escalator in his or her place with an escalatorr, and following the detection of a female who was on board the escalatorr, while taking the same, the Defendant attempted to take the part against his or her will using the device. However, the Defendant failed to take the same effect on the wind that does not photograph the video due to operational loss, etc., and attempted to do so.
