A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 09:50 on July 6, 2016, the Defendant, in the subway No. 2 Station in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, took visual images of the lower body part of the victim, using the camera function of LGG G4 smartphone, in which it is difficult to find out the name of the Plaintiff who was receiving verification half-to-dates, and using the camera function of the LG G4 smartphone.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mechanical device similar to the camera, against his will.

2. On July 6, 2016, at around 09:54, the Defendant boarded the front line of Seoul subway 2, which arrived at the above C Station, and then taken a video image of the victim’s body body body by using the camera function of the LG G4 smartphone, in which it is impossible to find out the name of a female victim, who was suffering from a fluoring fluor in his/her name.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mechanical device similar to the camera, against his will.

3. On July 6, 2016, the Defendant, at the immediately preceding 09:57, taken a video image of the tamper and the tamper part of the victim, using the camera function of LG G4 Smartphone, in which it is difficult to identify the name of the female victim who was suffering from the tamper, and using the camera function of LG G4 Smartphone.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mechanical device similar to the camera, against his will.

4. On July 7, 2016, the Defendant, at around 20:23, taken a visual image of the victim’s body by using the camera function of LGG G4 smartphone, which was in possession, to the following female victims: (a) it is difficult to find out the name of the Defendant who was suffering from the verification body; and (b) the Defendant took a visual image of the victim’s body, using the camera function of LG G4 smartphone.

Accordingly, the defendant has a similar function to Kameras.
