Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

1.80,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On December 9, 2014, the Defendant, at the Seoul Western District Court, sentenced ten months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (flaps) and completed the enforcement of the sentence on April 21, 2015, handled Metepops, which are psychotropic drugs (hereinafter “philops”), as follows, even if a person handling narcotics is not a person handling narcotics:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. A. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 300,000 for the purchase price of phiphones to G from the cross-dissected telephone near the Songpa-gu Seoul EF market, and purchased approximately 0.05 gramphones contained in the disposable injection machine.

B. Around May 2, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 300,000 of the purchase price of philopon to G from the cross-dissected telephone near the Songpa-gu Seoul EF market, and received approximately 0.05 gramlopon, which is contained in the disposable injection machine, free of charge.

C. On May 9, 2015, the Defendant transferred the purchase price of 100,000 won for philopon to the Nonghyup Bank account (Account Number H) in G, and on the same day, purchased the philopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopher (1 column for coplopl floplopl), from G near the above F market.

At around 13:20 on May 20, 2015, the Defendant remitted the purchase price of 200,000 won from G to the said Nonghyup Bank account in the name of G, and on the same day, purchased 1 column of philophones from G from the scam room near the said F market.

E. On May 26, 2015, at around 16:09, the Defendant remitted the purchase price of 1.90,000 won for phiphones to the said Nonghyup Bank account in G, and on the same day, the Defendant purchased 1,90,000 won for phiphones from G from the scamscams near the F market.

F. On June 1, 2015, the Defendant remitted the purchase price of 300,000 won from the said Nonghyup Bank account in G to the said Nonghyup Bank account in G on the same day.
