A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,600,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on June 17, 2013, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center, and is not a person handling narcotics.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 02:10 on November 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 500,000 won under the purchase price for psychotropic drugs C, a psychotropic drug, for the purchase price of Mepta (hereinafter “diphone”); (b) 500,000 won at the same place at around 02:20 on the same day; (c) d with approximately 0.7 gramphones contained in D in D for a single-use injection; and (d) d with approximately 0.7 grams contained in D for a single-use injection period; and (e) d with this again.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased approximately 0.7 grams from D through C.

2. On November 23, 2013, at around 02:20, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones parked in the places indicated in paragraph (1) by dilution them with raw water in a single-use injection machine and injection them into the blood transfusion.

3. At around 04:20 on November 24, 2013, the Defendant received 1.50,000 won 1,50 won as the purchase price for c in front of the F hotel located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and c with approximately 0.4g gramphones contained in C from a disposable injection machine.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased approximately 0.4g opon from C.

4. On November 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 13:20 on November 25, 2013, in the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the road near the house of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 1.50,000 won under the name of the purchase price for philopon; and (b) 0.4g of philopon contained in the one-time injection machine from C.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased approximately 0.4g opon from C.

5. On November 25, 2013, at around 13:20 on November 25, 2013, the Defendant, within the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the road near the house of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, c with a penphone.
