A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1,550,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 16, 2014, the Defendant accepted approximately 0.4g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in the small vinyl packaging, sent by E through Kwikset Service, from the private house operated by the Defendant in Gwangju City, at the early 16:00, using Kwikset Service.

2. On August 2014, the Defendant purchased 18:0 to 19:00 p.m., three gramphones contained in the disposable injection machine from E in front of the F Building in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul at KRW 1.50,00,00.

3. On September 2014, the Defendant purchased the three-time medication from E at the time and place of the same time as the foregoing paragraph 2 above. The Defendant purchased three time-phones containing a single-use injection from E for KRW 150,000.

4. On October 2014, the Defendant purchased three gramphones containing three times in a single-use injection machine E from the time and place of the same time and place as the above paragraph 2 above. The Defendant purchased three gramphones for KRW 200,00.

5. On November 201, 2014, the Defendant purchased three gramphones that contained in E in a single-use injection period from November 2014 at the same time and place as above paragraph 2.

6. On Dec. 2, 2014, the Defendant purchased three gramphones containing three gramphones from E at the time and place of the same time and place as above paragraph 2, for a single-use injection period from E, at KRW 1.50,00.

7. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant purchased three gramphones containing three gramphones from E at the time and place of the same time and place as above paragraph 2.

8. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant purchased three gramphones containing three gramphones from E at the time and place of the same time and place as above paragraph 2, for a total of 150,000 won.

9. At around 18:00 and 19:00 on the lower end of March 2015, the Defendant purchased three gramphones in the G parking lot located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for one-time injection from E at KRW 1.50,00.

10. The Defendant, on April 2015, at the same time and place as the foregoing paragraph (9) above.
