[criminal power] On July 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business at the Seoul Northern District Court, and 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court on December 19, 2014, and the execution of the final sentence was terminated on November 27, 2015.

1. On August 11, 2016, at around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) found alcohol to be “D convenience store” used by the victim C in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) found it to be “to drink but to be fluored,” but, upon the victim’s refusal from the victim, again the victim was rejected, the Defendant called “fluored, but fluored, fluor, fluor, and fluored, fluored, fluored up until fluored, fluored, and fluored, fluored off” to the victim; and (c) tried to calculate other customers by fluoring the canter in front of the caner; and (d) bluor and fluoring tobacco inside and outside of the convenience store; and (d) made it impossible for customers to enter the convenience store.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's convenience store business by force.

2. On August 14, 2016, around 07:40 on August 14, 2016, the Defendant damaged public objects, having been investigated as a victim of assault before the entrance of the Seoul Southern Police Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern District, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and went home, and caused the Defendant to break out one fire amounting to 50,000 won at the market price managed by the police station located there.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the use of paintings used by public offices, thereby harming their utility.
