A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2, 2016, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant was required to present an identification card for fighting in front of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on October 2, 2016, when 112 was reported and dispatched to the said place to perform the duty of report 112, and the Defendant was required to present an identification card for filing a summary trial as a drinking disturbance by the slope victim D (year 41) belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station C and the policeman E.

2. At around 04:35 on the same day, the Defendant damaged the equipment for public use to the extent that the repair cost of the patrol car, which is an object used by a public office, was damaged to the extent that the repair cost of the patrol car, is equivalent to 200,000 won, in the patrol car, which was arrested as a flagrant offender at the parking lot of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern Police Station located in 406, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, by making the front seat of the rear seat of the driver’s seat fall short of the front seat and the door is not easily closed.
