A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months and by imprisonment for not less than six months for the crimes of Articles 2 through 4 of the Judgment.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 10, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 3, 2014, around 09:00 on May 3, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime against D involving auxiliary police officers: (a) was confirmed to be a principal offender and to have no legitimate civil petition in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern Police Station located in 406, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) the Defendant was prevented from entering the said police station by police officers.

Accordingly, the Defendant expressed that he was flaged by cutting off his clothes, and flaged by the auxiliary police officer D (23 years of age) belonging to the Gangnam Police Station E (23 years of age) who performs the duty of guiding and guarding questions at the place, that he expressed that “I will not send the face in flach, why I will not send it, and whether I will stop the flag,” and assaulted the face of the said D one time with the clothes used by the Defendant, such as flaging flag, and flabing flab by hand.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the guidance and guard duty of auxiliary police officers.

2. Crimes against victim F;

A. On May 15, 2014, from around 23:30 to 23:45 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim F (hereinafter referred to as “W”) in Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern-gu G refers to the Plaintiff’s gate in front of the entrance of the “H” station where the employee works as the employee, “I want to drink, inhale, sing, and sprink.” As a result, the Defendant interfered with the business of the female bar by force by preventing the entry of the customers who had opened the said entrance by way of avoiding disturbance, such as cutting off the entrance, thereby preventing them from entering the main point.

B. At around 23:45 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim F (the victim’s 28 years of age) by drinking the victim’s F (the victim’s her age) at the same place, and by driving the victim’s chest on one occasion with left hand.

3. On May 17, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim I in the “K” restaurant operated by the victim I located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the facts are alcoholic beverages.
