1. From June 20, 2016 to 22:00, the Defendant promised to receive KRW 1.50,000 from the Defendant’s house located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building B05 to receive KRW 1.50,00 in return for the sexual intercourse with G and sexual intercourse, which he/she came to know through the “F”, a mobile phone hosting program.

2. As set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant had sexual assaulted from H convenience stores near the Defendant’s home at around 23:40 on the same day to 112 at the Defendant’s home even though G had sexual intercourse with G, and she had sexual assaulted.

After reporting, around 00:15 on June 21, 2016, a written statement about G was drawn up at the I District of the Seoul Western Police Station I of Gangseo-gu Seoul.

Nevertheless, the defendant filed a false report with 112 telephone calls as above, and submitted the above statement to the police officerJ belonging to the above district court for the purpose of having G receive criminal punishment.

"2016 Highest 5534, the Defendant was sexual assaulted by phone call from the Defendant's office located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D to 112 on April 21, 2016, when the Defendant's male-friendly arrest K neglected the Defendant, and around 02:07 on April 21, 2016.

After reporting, around 02:45 on April 21, 2016, a written statement was prepared at the I District of the Seoul Gangseo Police Station.
