Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they administered and purchased the Metropha clopule (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:

1. The Defendants, along with E, administered the philophone joint medication with E in a way of heating for about 700,000 gram of the philophones purchased from a person in the name of E in the amblopon, at the amburine, in a manner of heating for about 700,000 won from the ambalopon, and spreading the postponement of the occurrence of the ambalopon.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with E to administer philophones.
2. Defendant A’s philophone medication was administered in an irregular manner between October 3, 2016 and October 12, 2016 by the Defendant for a single philophone medication at the G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G of G ofSinam-si.
3. Defendant B’s philophone medication was administered in an irregular way between October 3, 2016 and October 12, 2016 by the Defendant’s philophone medication at G or Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, respectively.

4. On January 22, 2017, Defendant B’s purchase of phiphones, and the Defendant purchased approximately 700,000 won in the national bank account (O) in the N’s name designated by the seller at the point of K branch of the National Bank of Yong-si J around January 19:58, 2017, using the mobile phone at the point of K branch of the National Bank of Korea in Yong-si, Young-gu, J.m., and approaching the purchase of SNS mobilephones to the seller of SNS (L “L” user ID.). On the same day, around 21:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 1 gram of the phiphones in which the seller puts in a non-house mail in Gangnam-gu Seoul P, and then purchased approximately 2:200 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 70,000 grams by using the Defendant’s marnopon in G.
