Punishment of the crime

Defendant B, on February 3, 2016, sentenced Defendant B to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Seoul Southern District Court on February 3, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 31, 2016.

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they traded, mecopical, and mecopics (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philoopphones”) which are psychotropic drugs as follows.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 25, 2017, the Defendant purchased 1,500,000 won in cash from G HW vehicles, which were parked in the G branch parking lot, and purchased 1,500,000 won in cash from B, using approximately three grams of fluence.

B. (1) On December 28, 2016, the Defendant, within the guest room of the “J hotel” located in G in Shosung City around 01:00, placed in K as soon as he/she created as he/she did so with K, put in a pipe of glass with his/her phiphone as soon as possible, rupture the rupture, rupture the rupture, and inhales it.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with K to administer philophones.

(2) On February 5, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) placed in his BMW vehicle parked in front of the Manan-gu Lone household in the front of the Manan-gu Lone household; (b) filled in a philophone pipe as soon as possible; and (c) filled in a philophone pipe with a philoter, and injected the philophone in a manner of inhaleing the smoke.

On February 6, 2017, the Defendant carried philophones in a manner that sets philophones 2.97g gramphones on one’s BM vehicle parked in the NM factory, and carried philophones in a manner that sets philophones 2.97g gramphones on one’s BM vehicle.

2. Defendant B

A. On January 25, 2017, the Defendant sold phiphonephones in a way that 1.5 grams in cash from A and 3 grams contained in a plastic bag in A’s HW vehicle parked at the G parking lot located in Guang City F around 10:30 on January 25, 2017.

B. On February 7, 2017, the Defendant possessing phiphonephones around Incheon around 19:00.
