A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. From January 5, 2020 to around 11, 02:30 between the Defendant and B hotel in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant administered philopon in a way that the Defendant, along with C, puts the psychotropic drugs, into the medication apparatus manufactured in favor of psychotropic drugs (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”), opened the melopon to the medication apparatus manufactured in favor of psychotropic drugs (one philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”).

B. On February 1, 2020, the Defendant, along with the D Buildings, E, F, and C of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, administered phiphonephones by means of turning them over to the medication apparatus manufactured in favor of philophones, and vicephones by means of turning them into a shift of smoke that has occurred by heating fire.

C. At around 22:00 on February 2, 2020, the Defendant, along with F and C’s hotel H of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, administered phiphonephones by a method of turning the smoke that occurred by heating the frophones into a medication apparatus manufactured in favor of the f and C. D.

On March 11, 2020, at around 09:00, the Defendant: (a) placed in the J parking lot located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, in the K that was manufactured in favor of the opon’s non-opon volume; and (b) administered opon-phones in a way of spreading the smoke caused by heating the opon.

2. At around 20:00 on March 7, 2020, the Defendant corrected “38 c.s.” to “36 c.s.s., in accordance with the facts acknowledged in the facts of the crime of paragraph (3) of the Act of 36 of the capsule, which contain 19.76g or more in total) of c.i.e., philophones from the sellers of narcotics, etc. known through SNS at L hotels located in Australia.

To purchase USD 1,150 ($ 900,000) of philophones not less than 0.79g in Tictac sugar, and to purchase approximately KRW 1,150 ($ 900,00), while boarding a MAN aircraft departing from Australia Sinn on or around March 10, 2020, the above philophones were carried into the flag cargo along with the belongings, and then to MA aircraft via Thaicck.
