A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 1352"

1. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) Metecopon medication (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) around 11:00 on December 2, 2016, the Defendant divided approximately 0.03 grams with E in the residence of E located in the area of Dong 2 Dong 302, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, into two philopon; (c) melted the water into two philopon; and (d) melted the water into each of the following arms.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he administered a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.

2. 1. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant agreed to purchase approximately 700,000 won of a penphone from the Defendant’s residence located in Songpa-gu Seoul or Gangnam-gu on January 5, 2017 through his/her name-based telephone-rating type G (O) in the Defendant’s dwelling located in f. 203 of Mandong-gu, Young-si, G around 14:42 on January 5, 2017, to purchase approximately 1g of a penphone from his/her name-free cell (O). The Defendant transferred approximately 700,000 won from the account used by the above pen sales books to the account used by the day on which the day is the same, from the toilets of the building located in Songpa-gu Seoul or Gangnam-gu around the same day, the seller was hidden.
