A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2013, at around 16:38, the Defendant was subject to a notification disposition under Article 7 of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act from the slope G belonging to the F Zone of the Busan Police Station, which called "E" operated by D in the Busan East-gu, Busan, and sent to the above D upon the above D's report, and the Defendant failed to inform the above G of his personal information, and was voluntarily operated as the F Zone located in the Busan East-gu, Busan.

피고인은 같은 날 16:50경 위 F지구대에서 경찰관들을 상대로 “이런 십할 놈들아, 이런 개새끼들이, 호로 새끼들아” 등 욕설을 하고 행패를 부려 위 지구대 소속 H이 이를 제지한다는 이유로 발로 위 H의 다리를 걷어찼고, 위 통고처분 절차를 마친 후 귀가조치를 받고 위 지구대를 나가면서 “너거는 다 죽었어, 내 어짜는지 두고 봐라”는 말을 하면서 위 지구대 소속 경장 I의 상의를 잡아당기고, 위 H의 어깨를 잡아 흔들었다.

계속하여 피고인은 위 지구대 밖에서 화단에 소변을 보았고 위 지구대 소속 경장 J이 이를 따진다는 이유로 위 J에게 “이런 어린놈 새끼가 한판 뜨자 이리 와봐라. 내가 깜빵에 들어갔다 나오더라도 너희들 죽인다.”는 말을 하면서 손으로 위 J의 뺨을 2회 때리고 위 J의 멱살을 잡아 흔들었다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers to interfere with legitimate execution of duties concerning public peace and maintenance of order of police officers.
