『2017 고단 2385』 피고인 A은 경기 의정부시 J, 501호에서 ‘K’ 이라는 상호로 퀵 서비스 배달 사무실을 운영하면서 이전에 보이스 피 싱으로 인해 실형을 선고 받은 전력으로 인해 중국 전화금융 사기( 이른바 ‘ 보이스 피 싱’) 조직의 일원인 성명 불상자( 위 챗 닉네임 ‘L’) 가 보이스 피 싱에 이용될 현금카드의 퀵 배달을 요청한다는 사실을 잘 알면서도 범행에 가담하기로 마음먹고 퀵 서비스 기사인 피고인 B, C, D도 높은 보수를 받기 위해 순차적으로 이에 공모하여, 피고인 A은 성명 불상 자로부터 휴대전화 위 챗 메신저를 통해 성명 불상 자가 피해자들 로부터 피해 금을 입금 받은 대포 통장 명의자의 이름, 주소, 전화번호, 계좌번호, 송장번호 등을 전달 받은 후 퀵 서비스 기사인 피고인 B, C, D에게 지시하여 대포 통장 명의 자로부터 통장과 현금카드를 직접 가져오게 하거나, 지방에서 올라오는 현금카드가 고속버스 터미널 등으로 배송되면 이를 찾아서 약 100만 원의 대가를 받고 인출 책들에게 전달하도록 관리 감독하는 역할을 하고, 피고인 B은 위와 같은 지시를 받아 모집된 대포 통장과 현금카드를 전달 받아 이를 인출 책인 M, N, O, P( 이하, 2017. 7. 27. 구속 기소 및 2017. 10. 27. 추가 기소 )에게 전달하는 역할을 하기로 상호 순차적으로 공모하였다.
