Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant received 130,000 won in cash at the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C apartment parking lot upon D’s request to rescue cambanes (one-time “cambphones”; hereinafter “cambphones”).

After 15:40 on the same day, the Defendant received 10,000 won of the above apartment 106 Dong 1113 from E, and 0.1g of the philopon from E, and 15:5 on the same day, sent to D, who was waiting for the above apartment parking lot, but was arrested by the unclaimed police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones from E, and attempted to sell philophones to D, but attempted to do so.

2. At around 15:40 on May 11, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of the c apartment 106 Dong 1113, and crophonephones received from E, in a way of injecting them into arms using a disposable injection device.

3. On September 4, 2015, at around 05:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, in a way of injecting them with a single-use injection device.
