1. 2. On August 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 0.9g of opon from I to 400,000 won of opon on the front pande apartment in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) administered opon in a way of injecting 0.3g of 0.3g of opon to Defendant’s arms using a single-use injection device.
3. On March 2014, the Defendant used Handphones in a way that, among March 2014, the Defendant used Handphones by using a one-time injection device to injecting J’s arms via a condition-based fluor in the telecom room located in Seo-gu Incheon Police Officer Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon.
4. On April 8, 2014, the Defendant offered K with approximately 0.1g of phiphones free of charge at a D cafeteria located in Incheon Seo-gu, Incheon, by introducing J to K, who is a social carrier, and providing K with approximately 0.1g of phiphones.
