1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Incheon District Court on March 28, 2014, and was not a narcotics handler on December 24, 2015.

1. On April 27, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) extracted L, which was parked on the J-U.S. adjacent to the J-U.S. nuclear road located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; and (b) injected a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.1g from K, a local mental medicine, with a clopon and dacton into one’s own arms, and administered the copon in a way of injecting it.

2. On April 27, 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant, within K’s above car parked on the roads adjacent to the Ocheon-gu Ma apartment, Ocheon-gu, Busan, and after having dried up a disposable injection device with approximately 0.1g philopon from K, dilution into one’s arms, administered philopon by means of injection into one’s arms.

3. On August 31, 2016, the Defendant received two disposable injection devices from K for a single-use, which contain water-dilution dilution, from N in N in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around 16:00, and from K for a free.

4. On August 31, 2016, at around 16:05, the Defendant administered phiphonephones by means of injecting N toilets located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, as described in paragraph 3.

5. On August 31, 2016, from around 16:05 to September 16:25, 2016, the Defendant possessed a phiphone by means of keeping one philopon in the Defendant’s Ospopon, which includes a philopon delivered by K, as described in paragraph 3.

6. On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the street in the south-gu, Incheon; (b) Corresponding from K to a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.03g of philopon; (c) injected philopon into one’s arms; and (d) injected philopon into one’s arms.
