Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2019, at around 20:0, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philopon into the Defendant’s arms by using a single-use injection device, after being melting with C at the guest room in the Busan-si Burho Lake, Busan-gu, Busan-si, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philopon into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On April 10, 2019, around 17:00, the Defendant administered the trade name in the Busan-si Busan-do Mocheon-dong with the above C, and 0.1g of philophonephones, melting them by a method of injecting them into the Defendant’s arms, using a disposable injection device.

C. Around 23:00 on April 29, 2019, the Defendant administered a trade name in the Grand-dong of the Kimhae-si with the above C, maropon 0.1g, melting the opon 0.1g, using a one-time injection device, in a way of injection into the Defendant’s arms.

At around 01:00 on July 9, 2019, the Defendant administered 0.2 gramopon to the Defendant’s arms using a single-use injection device after melting 0.2 gramopon into F in the D Building E at Jinju.

E. Around 02:00 on July 16, 2019, the Defendant administered a 0.1g of opononon into the bloodline, such as the Defendant’s left hand hand, etc. using a one-time injection device after melting 0.1g of opon from the Gohae-gu G building at Changwon-si, and the toilet at H’s residence, and administered the 0.1g of opon into coffee and 0.1g of opon into coffee.

2. On April 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) made a conversation with one another with a person under whose name the Defendant intended to sell a phiphone through a smartphone hosting clock, “J” in front of the Busan Si/Gu of Busan, Busan, with the intention of selling the phiphone.
