A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized articles 1 through 12, 15 through 17, and 20 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a special injury in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch for a period of six months, and on November 22, 2016, the sentence of the said suspension of execution became effective upon being sentenced to three months imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of causing property damage in the same court on November 22, 2016, which became final and conclusive on February 8, 2017, and on August 6, 2017.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) - Trading of phiphones;

A. On June 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased philophones from the sales of philophones with the “B” mobile phone application “B” on June 22, 2019; and (b) purchased philophones from the sales of philoscops; and (c) paid 200,000 won in cash to the said sales partner; and (d) purchased philoscops with approximately 0.5g of philoscops, which are kept by the winners of the 1st floor of the Silung City Building C, by searching for approximately 0.5g of philoscops.

B. On July 1, 2019, around July 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a phiphone from a seller of a mobile phone using a mobile phone display “B”; and (b) purchased a phiphone in cash equivalent to KRW 300,000 in cash from a seller of a mobile phone; and (c) sold a phiphone using a method of finding approximately one gram of a phiphone, which was kept by the deceased in the name of the mail in the house near the D market at the time of entertainment.

C. On August 6, 2019, the Defendant, around 12:00 on August 6, 2019, purchased philophones from a person who sells philophones with an intention to purchase philophones from a person who sells philophones, and then sold philophones by means of searching for the amount of philophones kept by the winners of philophones in E and in the above mail.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) - The occupation of phiphone medication.

A. On June 22, 2019, the Defendant, who administered phiphones, purchased the phiphones as stipulated in paragraph 1(a) of this Article, around June 22, 2019.
