1. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance, including the Plaintiff’s claim expanded in the trial, against the Defendants is as follows.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an autonomous management body comprised of occupants for the management of three F apartment units of the F apartment units located in G G in Young-si G (hereinafter “instant apartment units”), and the Defendant well-dying Standards is an executor, who constructed and sold the instant apartment units.

Co-Defendant B Co-Defendant B corporation in the first instance trial (hereinafter “B”) is a contractor for the construction of the instant apartment from July 29, 2009 due to the supply of and demand for the construction of the instant apartment from Defendant well-dying Standards, and the Defendant Union is a guarantee company that guarantees the defect repair obligation regarding the instant apartment in B.

B. B Co., Ltd. (1) On December 28, 2011, the Defendant Union and the Plaintiff as the guarantee creditor, and each contract for the repair of defects (hereinafter “each of the instant guarantee agreements”) with each of the following contents as indicated in the following table as the Plaintiff; and, individually, the term “the instant guarantee agreement” means the instant guarantee agreement.

(2) The Defendant Cooperative shall enter into a warranty contract and deposit the warranty bond with the Mayor which is the approval authority for use thereof. According to the warranty period from December 28, 201 to December 27, 2012, 116,360,010 to December 27, 2011, 290,90,0253, including the Housing Site Construction Work, and December 27, 2013; the Defendant Cooperative shall be paid the warranty bond from December 28, 201 to December 25, 201 to December 27, 2014; the warranty bond from the 2015 to December 27, 2011 to December 27, 2014 to the 232,720,720,020,04,0204 to be used within the warranty period, and within the warranty period from December 27, 2015 to December 27, 2014;
