Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On December 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a request from D, the seat of the Defendant’s nationality in Ansan-si B, “C” from D, the seat of the Defendant’s domicile; and (b) received a request from D, “E, if the address of B is unclear and it is not possible to receive a contact; (c)” and thereafter, D, thereafter, received 83,878 U.S. (Korean in KRW 3,106,000) and purchased psychotropic drugs from “E” located in Thai-si; and (d) delivered it to D, instead, received psychotropic drugs 120g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs.
Accordingly, the defendant made it easy to commit the crime of importing philophones, thereby aiding and abetting it.
2. On December 31, 2018, the Defendant, around December 31, 2018, received 84,300 feet (limited to KRW 3,00,000) from “E” at the above place, and received 60g of philopon on behalf of D, and delivered it to D.
Accordingly, the defendant made it easy to commit the crime of importing philophones, thereby aiding and abetting it.

1. On July 7, 2019, the Defendant purchased philophones: F and the Defendant 100,000 won in cash drawn up by 0.2g and 50,000 won for the psychotropic drugs from the person under whose name the name was the psychotropic drug, and 0.2g and 2 free disease diseases, which are the apparatus administering philophones, from the person under whose name the name was the psychotropic drug, before the house of F located in G at L around the night.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with F.
2. At around July 23, 2019, the Defendant, along with F and Thailand’s name and influorous box (the name “H”), 2 grophones at the 2nd floor of F’s house at around July 23:0, 2019, sticking together with the Defendant’s name and influor (the name “H”), crophones at the 2nd floor of F’s house, thrown two as soon as possible at the 1st entrance, and inserting approximately 0.2 g of the phiphones purchased within the glass pipe, and then use the rophones.
