2. 필로폰 수수 피고인은 2013. 7. 22. 18:00경 서울 종로구 H에 있는 떡볶이 식당 거리에 주차된 피고인 소유의 I 다이너스티 승용차 안에서, C로부터 필로폰 약 0.5그램을 건네받아 수수하였다.
