Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. 피고인은, D 및 인적사항 불상의 조선족들과 함께, 2013. 7. 27. 01:00경 중국 광저우 깡뻬이루에 있는 상호불상의 호텔 객실에서 물병에 물을 반쯤 채우고 병뚜껑에 빨대 2개를 꽂아 한쪽 빨대 끝에 향정신성의약품인 메트암페타민(일명 ‘필로폰’, 이하 ‘필로폰’이라 함) 불상량이 들어있는 유리관을 꽂은 다음 그 밑을 가열하면서 반대쪽 빨대에 입을 대고 그 연기를 들이마시는 방법(속칭 ‘프리베이스’)으로 각자 필로폰을 흡입하였다.

2. At around 02:00 on July 27, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with D, purchased approximately 15,000 squarephones ( approximately 9,000,000,000 Korean Won) which were subdivided into small plastic finites from the above finite shipbuilding units.

3. On July 28, 2013, the Defendant inhaled, together with D and D Buddhist Shipbuildings, the amount of philophones in the hotel room at the above hotel hotel around July 21, 2013, using “flosts” method as above.

4. The Defendant, in collusion with D, delivered approximately 3 g of the philophones purchased as above, in collusion with D, at the time and place set forth in the above paragraph (3), on a personal basis, to the above flusium.

5. At around 20:00 on the first day of September 2013, the Defendant inhaled the volume of phiphones in the way of “frienis” as above, at the dwelling of Gangnam-gu Seoul EFaB02.

6. At around 23:00 on September 2013, the Defendant received approximately 3g of the philophones purchased in China, as described in the foregoing paragraph 2, from D, around September 2013.

7. At around 03:00 on September 1, 2013, the Defendant inhaled the philophone’s non-phone’s scopon from the cross-discopon guest room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F in the way of “flus” as above.

8. On September 24, 2013, around 15:30 on September 24, 2013, the Defendant, together with G, was not sopphones at H 202 rooms located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
