Defendant
A (E) On April 19, 2006, after entry into the Republic of Korea on April 19, 2007, the period of stay expires on April 19, 2007. Defendant B (F) entered the Republic of Korea on April 9, 2014 and for whom the period of stay expires on February 20, 2017, is the illegal stay of another nationality. Defendant C (one person referred to as “G”) entered the Republic of Korea on June 27, 2016 and the period of stay expires on September 25, 2016 is not the illegal stay of narcotics.
1. Defendant A
A. (1) On January 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased a penphone from the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu H apartment No. 407 of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to I about 0.14g of the Mepta (copon) and purchased a penphone by paying KRW 200,000 to I.
(2) On April 15, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:00 on April 15, 2017, 201, purchased 2 chophones by taking chophones from the Defendant’s accommodation to I, with approximately 0.14g chophones paid to I. 20,000 won.
(3) On April 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, at the Defendant’s accommodation, sold philophones by taking approximately KRW 0.07g of philophones purchased from C, such as paragraph (2); and (b) receiving KRW 100,000 from C.
(4) On April 18, 2017, the Defendant 19:00, at the Defendant’s accommodation, purchased 2 chophones by giving I approximately 0.14 g chophones, and by paying 20,000 won to I.
(5) On April 18, 2017, the Defendant, at around 19:00 on April 18, 2017, sold a philopon with approximately KRW 0.07g of philopon purchased to C, such as paragraph (4), and upon receiving KRW 100,000 from C.
(6) On April 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 20:00, at the Defendant’s accommodation, 12 clickphones to I about 0.14g; (b) paid 200,000 won to I, and purchased clickphones.
(7) On April 30, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:00, purchased 0.07 g of philopon purchased, such as paragraph (6), to C at the Defendant’s dormitory.
