Punishment of the crime

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 이를 게을리 한 채 술에 취하여 전방을 주시하지 아니하고 그대로 진행한 과실로, 때마침 피고인의 전방에서 신호대기 중이던 피해자 운전의 위 씨트로엥 승용차의 뒷부분을 싼타페 승용차의 앞부분으로 들이받았다.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately one week medical treatment by occupational negligence as above.
