Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a passenger car with B low-speed car;

Around February 19:52, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a B-hand car in the state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.091% from the section of about 500 meters from the front of the I Apartment-gun, Hongsung-gun, to the front road of the D-ju station; (b) around 19:52, the Defendant driven the B-in car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.091%.
