A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 14, 1981, the Defendant completed a marriage report with C and had been living a married life. However, C filed a lawsuit of divorce, etc. against the Defendant by Suwon District Court 201ddan 7557, and was sentenced to a favorable judgment on January 31, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 24, 2012, thereby resolving the marital relationship with C.

After that, the Defendant had been able to report marriage again by forging and using the marriage report in C name.

1. On April 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) indicated that the Defendant was “C”, “D.”, and “B.” and “C. Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of the marriage report in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant exercised the above investigation document by submitting a false report of marriage under the name of C as if it were duly formed at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) to a public official in charge of not knowing such fact.
