1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

(3) The down payment for advance purchase is KRW 120,00,000 (including VAT) and has already been paid before this contract. ④ The intermediate payment of KRW 130,00,000 for advance purchase shall be paid on March 19, 2015, and the remainder shall be paid on the following order at which the first-class 9,000 shipping documents arrive at and after the arrival of the first-class 9,000 shipping documents. At the time of providing the first shipping documents: 130,000,000 when the second shipping documents were provided: 137,50,000 won (including VT) was kept at the time of the sale of home shopping, and the remainder shall be paid at the time of the settlement of accounts from the point of sale of home shopping after the settlement of accounts to the amount of KRW 30,000 for Party A’s inventory within 30,000 (including VT).

(1) * The costs related to the broadcast process, i.e., re-packaged costs, small amount of items, and other direct progress costs for the broadcast up to 3 times, shall be borne directly by A and settled accounts with the profits of B under the custody of B. 8 When the broadcast sale is completed not more than three times, B shall pay the inventory of the products to A at cost (34,500 won per sheet) within 90 days, including the statutory maximum interest, until the payment is made. (1) The inventory at the time when the sales of the products is completed shall be re-purchasing with the cost of cash (34,500 won) and the settlement at the same time as the settlement is terminated (as at the time of suspension of the sales of LBC at one month or more, within seven days from the date of suspension of the sales of LBC).
