1. Each dismissal made by the Defendant against Plaintiff A on May 31, 2014, against Plaintiff B on June 28, 2014, is null and void.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a company that runs the book publishing and sales business, and the plaintiff A is a person who has worked as the head of the defendant's Nice Business Department marketing headquarters, and the plaintiff B is a person who has worked as the defendant's Nice Business Department manager.
B. On June 1, 2009, the Defendant entered into a home shopping event agreement with D on June 1, 2009 and had D sell books supplied by the Defendant in the home shopping for the efficient circulation and sale of the published books.

2. Book supply rate: The ratio by case at the time of running a broadcast (38 percent of the basic supply rate).

- The rate of supply of books supplied for home shopping purposes is confidential.
- Books supplied for home shopping purposes may not be sold through other sites (open Pet, closed sunset, retail stores, other distributors, etc.) other than home tamping, and if so, the Defendant may unilaterally reverse this contract.
C. On January 18, 2013, the Defendant entered into a home shopping event agreement with H (hereinafter “H”) with the said D’s representative, as follows:

The Home shopping event contract in this subsection is referred to as the “instant event agreement”, including the Home shopping event contract.

A) The term “Defendant” refers to “Defendant”.
(1)The publication supplied by Gap shall be deposited within a certain limit.
