1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 7,620,530 as well as 20% per annum from November 23, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant are companies that engage in the business of manufacturing and selling cosmetics.

The Defendant and the Plaintiff enter into a contract with the Defendant’s Home Shopping Products “LUA” and “EMIS” related to domestic home shopping sales.

(1) (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure mutual benefit by determining the terms and conditions of the agreement between the Defendant and the Plaintiff regarding the supply of goods and the event, and by promising to verify and fulfill those terms and conditions in good faith.

Article 2 (Contract Goods) The Defendant’s source of supply is the Plaintiff’s event, and the Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s general term referring to “Ba” and “Esive gift” products sold by the Defendant to domestic home shopping under the agreement between the Defendant and the Plaintiff.

Article 3 (Scope of Business) The Defendant grants the Plaintiff the business authority (the progress of broadcasting GS Home Shopping and CJ shopping) and the responsibility of the Plaintiff to operate the business with respect to “GS Home Shopping and CJO shopping” on behalf of the Defendant.

(hereinafter) 4-1. The Plaintiff, as the Defendant’s home shopping event, endeavored to increase the sales efficiency of the goods sold to the Defendant’s home shopping event to the maximum extent and run from time to time through consultation with the Defendant.

4-2. The Plaintiff, as the Defendant’s home shopping event, shall make a stable broadcast time programming, improve and manage efficiency by broadcast, obtain CRM, store (other than Article 6), and perform DRP work on behalf of the Plaintiff, and notify the Defendant of the result of the CRM’s previous month within three days in accordance with the Defendant’s form.

(hereinafter) Article 5 (Transaction Terms and Conditions of Transaction) 5-1. : The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the commission fee in accordance with the following rates of brand commission set out in the following subparagraphs for the monthly sales (including lineat, monthly sales = monthly sales sales - return) of home shopping, respectively:
