The defendant shall pay 100,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 21, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that mainly engages in wholesale and retail business with the trade name of lending C, and the Defendant is a company that mainly engages in film, video production, and export and import of industrial products.

B. On February 1, 2016, E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) entered into a contract with the Plaintiff on the term of the contract for the Plaintiff and F gymbrow and F gymosis (e.g., the automatic extension of the contract period if E is not notified at least two months before the contract term expires) and E selects the Plaintiff as a sales right holder of the Korean General Agency. The Plaintiff’s gymbrow and the contact with the Plaintiff is possible to distribute and sell at any place in Korea, and E, without the Plaintiff’s prior consent, did not deliver the F products in Korea and entered into a contract for the Korean General Agency with the purport that E is requested to place the order through the Plaintiff.
