1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 6, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Description of Claim

From August 22, 2017 to November 10, 2017, the Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 32,000,000 to the Defendant, and the final due date was set on March 2, 2018.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loan 32,00,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 6, 2018 to the day of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, on the day following the due date for repayment of the above loan 32,00,000 won.
