1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 7, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Around May 7, 2015, the Plaintiff leased KRW 32,000,00 to the Defendant with the loan period of KRW 32,00,000 by the end of August 20, 2016, and there is no dispute between the parties. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 32,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, sought by the Plaintiff, from April 7, 2018

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
