The defendant shall pay 32,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 14, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, it is acknowledged that the plaintiff provided labor under employment of the defendant company engaged in construction business on October 15, 2016 and retired on October 30, 2018, and the plaintiff did not receive the total amount of KRW 32,00,000 from the defendant. The defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from November 14, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the 14th day following the date of retirement.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
