Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2016, the Defendant issued a resident registration certificate from the injured party G, “I will open a store at H with an identification card only if I operate a store at H, and will open a live live live live live live live live live live lives.”

A. On January 30, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) via the victim’s name at the J-Handphone store located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I on March 30, 2016, and (b) through which “G” and “G” were indicated as “G” in the customer column of the application for subscription to a new contract kept at this place in order to raise the mobile phone sales performance; and (c) K address: (d) the Seoul Seodaemun-gu L and at the bottom of the application for subscription; and (e) the name adjacent to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged two copies of the new contract for the SK Telecom Services in the name of SK Telecom (M, N) and one copy of the application for subscription for LG Telecom (O) respectively.

B. In order to raise the result of sales of a mobile phone to Q, the president of the PP, who is aware of the forgery in his/her job, the Defendant issued a forged new contract and the subscription application form via e-mail as if they were genuine.

[2017 High 32] The Defendant, around December 2015, said that the Defendant would repair clothes operated by S on the 1st floor of Ilyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, U.S. and would make a mobile phone change with a fake phone to the guest and S.

Accessed and issued S’s resident registration certificates, and continued to receive T’s resident registration certificates in the same manner as around January 2016.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On December 30, 2015, the Defendant sent his/her resident registration certificate issued to the U agency in order to raise the sales performance of the mobile phone at the J mobile phone store located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City I and then requested the preparation of the S mobile phone new application form (V) to the customer column.
