Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated the “E” located in Goyang-si, Manyang-si; and (b) around January 2015, the Defendant first opened the victim’s mobile phone and kept the victim’s identification card (see, e.g., evidence record No. 26 pages); (c) around January 201, the Defendant opened the mobile phone under the name of the F and received and kept a copy of the F’s resident registration certificate.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On December 29, 2015, the Defendant sent a copy of the F’s resident registration certificate issued as above to “G agency” in order to raise the mobile phone sales performance, and requested H, an agent employee, to prepare two copies of the F’s new application form, and made H, the agent employee, write the F’s “F” in the customer column, and written two copies of the F’s application form for the LG telecom in the name of the client.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant provided two copies of the application for joining the LG Telecom in the name of F, a private document on rights and duties, respectively.

B. On January 10, 2016, the Defendant sent a copy of the F’s resident registration certificate issued as above to “E” in order to raise the performance of the mobile phone sales, and requested the preparation of a copy of the F’s new application form for the mobile phone purchase to the “I” and made the F’s name non-merchant employee to enter the said agency’s “F” in the customer column, and made the Defendant prepare a copy of the F’s application form for the KT purchase in the name of “F.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the application for joining the KT in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph 1, sent the application form for the subscription of each mobile phone forged as above, to the KT and LGU telecommunications companies, who are aware of the forgery.

3. On April 22, 2016, the accused of fraud, such as a computer, etc., was F at the 18:38 square meters.
