A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 22:51, 2012, the Defendant driven B 130 automobiles under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.113% from a section of approximately 200 meters to the entrance of the same Taegi Park, on the roads of the gravel hall located in the Dong-dong, Busan, Young-do.

2. On September 2, 2012, the Defendant was found to have driven the said car at the entrance of the Taegi Park on September 2, 2012 and was asked to produce identification cards from the slope C belonging to the Busan Young-do Police Station.

Therefore, the defendant suggested that he completed the driver's license under the name of the president of the Gyeonggi-gu National Police Agency, which is an official document, which was in possession of an official document, as if he was the defendant's driver's license.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, requested the Defendant to prepare a “report on the circumstances of a driver in charge of drinking alcohol” to confirm that he/she violated the provision prohibiting driving of drinking alcohol from the above slope C at the same time and place. The Defendant stated “9.2” and “D” on the “date” column for the part of the driver’s preparation by using a black pen, and affixed a seal onto his/her name and affixed it, and then, the Defendant, who is aware of the forgery, sent it to the said slope C as if he/she had been genuinely formed.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of the statement report on the situation of the driver in charge, which is a private document, and exercised it.

4. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, was requested by the above slope C to sign the driver’s signature column of notification of the result of driving control of drinking driving at the end of the police force (PDA) at his own discretion, and forged the above D’s signature without authority, and the above slope C was duly formed.
