A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of KRW 500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although the Defendant was liable to file a report on the change of residence, the Defendant failed to file a move-in report within 14 days without justifiable grounds, even though he moved from “Military City T” in around 2010 to “Military T”.

2. The act of forging private documents and the act of uttering private documents; and

A. A. On September 12, 2011, the Defendant: (a) had a mind to open and use a mobile phone in the name of the Defendant, which is a carrier; (b) had a mobile phone sales store near the Suwon-si Wil-si, Suwon-si on September 12, 201; (c) had the name of V, the resident registration number, the Nong bank account number, and other personal information in the customer column of the application for subscription to a new service contract kept at that place for the purpose of exercising authority without authority; and (d) signed the signature in the signature column, signed it in the name of V; and (e) had the signature in the signature column to deliver it to an unregistered employee without knowledge of such circumstances; and (e) has forged and exercised one copy of the private document in the name of V concerning rights and duties.

B. On March 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had the intent to open and use a mobile phone in the name of Y; (b) had the intent to exercise without authority on March 31, 2014; (c) had the name of Y and other personal information, such as Y’s resident registration number, in the passenger column of the application for subscription to the SK Telecom Service New Contract, entered the name of Y in the other column; (d) signed in the signature column; and (e) had the signature in the signature column, delivered the Z with the signature of Y to the Z who is unaware of such circumstances; and (e) has forged one copy of the private document in the name of Y as to rights and obligations.

(2) In ABE sales center within ABE within ABE, after entering Y’s name in the customer column and Y’s resident registration number in other column, signing in the signature column, and then delivering on that page a copy of the private document in the name of ZE to the employee of the store who does not know such circumstances, the private document in the name of ZE is forged and exercised.

3. The defendant who committed a fraud is game.
