Punishment of the crime

1. Forging a private document or uttering of a falsified investigation document;
A. On October 21, 2014, the Defendant stated the name D, resident registration number E, contact F, and charge payment method B before the address in the “name D, GG GG GG GG GG GG H” in the column of customer registration application customers by using the SK Telecom service new written contract, and stated “F, E, contact number to be contacted” in the purchase column using the same pen, and signed the said document on the “F, E, and date of birth to be contacted,” respectively, with the intention of exercising the right and duty’s right and duty’s seal affixed to the customer column. On the same day, the Defendant forged the new service contract in the name of D, which is a private document for the purpose of exercising the right and duty’s right and issued the forged service contract, and issued the forged service contract to the said branch through the facsimile’s name as if the new service contract was forged and the copy was not known.
B. On October 27, 2014, the Defendant, at the place described in the foregoing paragraph (a), stated each of the J’s personal information in the SK Telecom Service new contract and the installment sale contract to be ended, using the same method as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), and forged one copy of the new service contract under the name of J, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and one copy of the installment sale contract to be ended for the purpose of exercising the signature and seal of J on the side of the customer requesting subscription. On the same day, the Defendant, as mentioned in the foregoing paragraph (a), issued a forged service new contract and the installment sale contract to end, to an employee of the name of the SK Telecom Branch, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

On May 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around May 2, 201, at the location described in the foregoing paragraph; and (b) in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph; and (c) at K in a new contract for trade to be simple and simple.
